The Guess Who Is Takin' It Back!

Chicago, if you’re one of the classic rock fans who remembers them, you’ll be over the moon with the news of the return of one of rock’s greatest bands to the stage. And if you don’t know them, this is your chance to go check them out - because it’s not every band that can come back after a 23-year performance break, bigger and stronger than ever!  

Burton Cummings and Randy Bachman have finally regained the rights to perform under their original band name The Guess Who, following a decades-long trademark dispute, and it’s become very clear that their music endured, that massive worldwide fanbase still wants to hear their songs, and that they want to play them!

Takin' It Back Tour

The reunited The Guess Who will be hitting the road for a massive North American tour with their amazing body of work - from The Guess Who’s classics such as No Sugar Tonight/New Mother Nature, Laughing, Undun, These Eyes, Hand Me Down World, and of course, American Woman, right down to Bachman-Turner Overdrive’s iconic smashers, such as Takin’ Care Of Business, You Ain’t Seen Nothin’ Yet, Let It Ride, and Roll On Down The Highway. 

The Takin’ It Back Tour is slated to kick off in late May 2026 in Moncton, New Brunswick, with stops in all the major North American cities, including Hamilton, Edmonton, Cuyahoga, Grand Rapids, Gilford, Uncasville, Houston, Las Vegas, and Seattle. They will be taking their bow in late August 2026 in Vancouver, British Columbia, at the Pacific National Exhibition. 

It might be some years after their initial breakthrough into the music scene, but The Guess Who boasts musicianship that shines just as bright as it did in their younger years. They are a hit-machine, a musical force, a musicianship and stagecraft giant, and a joyous throwback to one of rock’s finest groups ever - and they are taking it back, no doubt!

The Guess Who will be joined on tour by the iconic Don Felder, formerly of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inducted band, The Eagles. He is best known for hits such as Heavy Metal (Takin' a Ride) and Free at Last.
